My childhood home had a garden at the back of the house where my old playhouse used to stand. The playhouse has long been gone and the garden has almost become a jungle due to neglect. My mom did not see the need to care for it because no one uses it anyway. However, I told her about the dangers of not maintaining it including the possibility of snakes living there. I was weighing my options if there was a need to sell my apartment because it was not a suitable place anymore for me and my friends to do university stuff. Isn’t it annoying when you wake up to the loud shouts and noises from the neighbors in your apartment? Sharing rooms in a small shabby place, I wonder how one can get enough of that? Living at such a place is always trying out your patience and privacy. I have once been living that nightmare where I can’t get enough sleep because the couple who was living beside me is just far too noisy. Blood, sweat and countless tears are the foundation of good food (at least to me).
